Registration

Registration Fee:

• Full Registration: $500 USD (before March 10, 2018)
• Early Registration: $400 USD (before January 31, 2018)

Conference fee covers:

• Full Conference participation,
• Conference material (Conference booklet, Disk and so on)
• Coffee breaks

Notice:

-Accommodation, meal and travel expenses are not included in the Conference fee.
-You will receive final confirmation of your registration only after your payment has been received.
-In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the ICAEA2018, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format on request only. Requests for these certificates must be made to icaea01@gmail.com after the Conference has finished and before August 31, 2018.

Payment

• You can pay your registration fee by Paypal or credit card (Visa or Master Card) through our agent payment system.

Cancellation Policy

Registration can be cancelled upon written notification of the ICAEA2018, by e-mail to icaea01@gmail.com. You will receive a confirmation of acceptance of cancellation.

• Cancellations before or on 01 February 2018 will be fully refunded, a 50 USD cancellation fee.
• For cancellations after 01 February 2018 and before or on 01 March 2018, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded, less a 50 USD cancellation fee.
• Any cancellations after 01 March 2018 will be non-refundable.
• All refunds will be made after the end of the Conference.
